Beth J. Ulrich, CRPC

Financial Advisor

My clients are often surprised at the level of comfort they derive from having a sound financial plan. In my experience, financial planning involves looking at how each part of a person’s financial picture interacts with the other parts and, additionally, how they work together holistically. Through my planning process, clients are able to establish their goals with clarity. I believe in providing a high level of service and an ongoing dialogue, which includes regular, client reviews.*

I have truly enjoyed working in the financial services industry for the past fifteen years. This is mainly because it enables me to help people, in all types of circumstances, with their unique financial objectives. Whether I am meeting a young professional, an established business owner, or a retiring couple, I can guide them to make major decisions and to establish a financial plan. Some areas of focus include retirement planning; education funding; wealth transfer and estate planning; protection insulation; and charitable and philanthropic planning.

As an advisor who works closely with business owners, I understand that their largest and most valuable asset is their business. And, protecting that business is often their most important concern. I also work with business owners to help establish a plan to transfer ownership—either because the owner chooses to retire or may have to exit the business suddenly.

Early in my career as an advisor, I became interested in helping families who have children with special needs. Servicing the special-needs community is a priority in my practice. When I came to Emerald Financial, I became one of the founding members of The Special-Care Planning Team. We actively engage and educate caregivers on how to prepare for their loved ones’ futures.

Additionally, I am proud to be a founding member of Emerald Financial’s Women’s Leadership Team, as well as a partner in their Attorney Advisory Group.

I am also a strong believer in financial literacy. In addition to hosting financial workshops, I co-host a monthly financial literacy conference call to help my clients learn about a variety of financial topics.

By being a good listener, I find it is easier to build an individual and unique plan for my clients. The partnership between me and my clients is of utmost importance during certain changes that occur during their lifetime. Whatever those changes occur, we will work together to meet their goals so that they can embrace their future with confidence.
